BRAGG RESIDENCE

This house was inspired by the historic beach houses of Sullivan’s Island. Elevated due to the flood zone, the ground floor is made up of garages and loggias. The main living floor is open with expansive views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This site was truly an inspiration and every main room takes advantage of the gorgeous views. Dormers allow for interesting bedrooms and a play room on the top floor.
