DELANEY RESIDENCE

This house, overlooking Eastlake, was inspired by Italian architecture and detailed with turned stone balusters, fluted columns, and curved balconies. Each main room of the house has a view of the lake, despite the narrowness of the lot. A roof deck allows for stunning views and additional outdoor living. An dramatic curved stair in the entry hall leads to the living room, which is open to the kitchen, dining room, and porches.
