The limitations of a small site and the need for a fun and accessible outdoor living area inspired a courtyard design that features a swimming pool visible from almost
all of the rooms in the house. Rusticated block work and a subtle color palette work together to soften this Mediterranean style home. The front porches, which feature arches and double columns allow for outdoor living overlooking a small
neighborhood park. Courtyard balconies and
a private guest suite
further accent the private
outdoor space.
