This peninsular lot extends into the Wando River, affording a panoramic view of the natural setting. Inspired by Italian architecture, the house has 12 foot doors into the front entry and a drive under garage. The porches on the front are inviting and the exposed rafters and clay tile roof further accentuate the style. On the back of the house, 20 foot tall steel windows overlook the infinity edge pool, giving the illusion that the pool flows into the river. The roof deck is accessed by the elevator and provides stunning views.
