This house was inspired by Sullivan’s Island beach living and brings a little of the coast inland. Wrap around porches that become living space on the back give the illusion of a cottage, when in fact, the house has four bedrooms and ample living area. The proximity to the sidewalk gives great connectivity to the public realm. The cross gable roof line adds spaciousness to the interior and exterior interest.
